Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer, The Cookie Affair does not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception if an error occurs with the order itself or the making of the product. Since we use Royal Mail to deliver our orders, we do not take responsibility for errors or issues caused by the courier. This includes but is not limited to: loss of delivery, damaged parcels, missed deliveries, and incorrect address provided.
